Exchanges on Physical Products

All products are final sale. Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation wants you to love your purchase. If you have an issue with a physical item you purchased from us, please contact us within 45 days for an exchange.

Requests for exchanges can be made by emailing shop@rchfoundation.com, or calling the Foundation office at 604.520.4438 during business hours, Mon – Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm. Someone from the Foundation will be in touch with you within 1–2 business days regarding your request.

About Royal Columbian Hospital

Royal Columbian Hospital is the only hospital in the province with cardiac, trauma, neurosciences, high-risk maternity and neonatal intensive care on one site. We look after some of the most seriously ill and injured patients in the province.
