Do I get a tax receipt for merchandise/products purchased?
For items purchased from the Shop Products pages, where you receive a physical item, we cannot issue at tax receipt. If you add a donation onto your purchase, you will receive a tax receipt for the amount you donated.
For items purchased to Fund A Need in the hospital, you will receive a tax receipt. Tax receipts will be mailed out and arrive within 7–10 business days after the Fund a Need item has been purchased.
When will I receive my tax receipt?
For one-time gifts, a tax receipt will be mailed out and arrive within 7–10 business days after the donation is received.

When will I received my order?
Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
If you have not received your order in a timely matter, please give us a call at 604.520.4438, or email shop@rchfoundation.com, and someone will be happy to assist you as soon as possible. Please allow for 1–2 business days for a response.
Need a refund or exchange for damaged or wrong merchandise?

Can I pick-up my order instead of delivery?
Absolutely. Please indicate at the time of checkout whether you want to pick-up the item. Items can be picked up at the front desk of the the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation’s office, located at the hospital, 330 E. Columbia St., New Westminster. We can be found just past the main entrance in the lobby of the hospital, across from the gift shop.
Please allow 1–2 business days after purchasing for order processing before pick-up.
Pick-up is only possible during business hours, M – F, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Can I donate non-monetary gifts?
Unfortunately, due to infection control protocols, we are not able to accept non-monetary donation items at this time.
